This page explains what you may pay online when you book through Qflow: usually only the Qflow platform fee, which goes to Qflow, and sometimes a deposit or prepayment that goes to the business. Qflow is run by Sri Moksha Software Developers, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, India. Taking a queue token is always free, and so is a walk-in.
1. Usually you pay only the booking fee
For most bookings you pay only the Qflow platform fee online, to Qflow. The business collects its full charge from you at the counter, as it always has. For example, a ₹500 consultation at a clinic:

The business sees "Pay at counter ₹500" against your booking. Some businesses switch online payment off; then booking is free and nothing is charged online. If the review screen shows no fee, you pay nothing online.
2. When a business asks for a deposit
A business may choose to ask for a deposit towards the price, for example for a long appointment or a weekend table. Deposits are off unless the business turns them on, and Qflow sets limits on them. If a deposit applies, you see it on the service or slot screen before you choose a time, and the review screen shows every amount above the Pay button:

The rest of the price is paid at the counter: a ₹500 consultation with a ₹100 deposit leaves ₹400 to pay at the clinic. The deposit limits are, for example, ₹50 to ₹500 for a salon, 20 % of a consultation fee with a ₹100 minimum for a clinic, or a per-guest amount on weekends for a restaurant. Temples that opt in may ask for the full seva or darshan amount online. The payment gateway's charge on a deposit is paid by the business out of the deposit; your total never changes because of it.
3. The Qflow platform fee
The platform fee pays for online booking and confirmation: holding your slot, confirming it to you and to the business, reminders, and handling refunds. It is a flat amount per booking and is the same whether you pay by UPI, card, net banking or wallet. There are no pre-ticked extras, tips or charges for a payment method.

4. When you get money back

The exact cancellation window for your booking is shown on the review screen and in your booking. Refunds go back to the method you paid with, usually within 5 to 7 working days. The full rules are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Open questions for legal review
- GST: Qflow's GSTIN and the SAC code for the fee are not yet assigned (placeholders in the invoice). Can we state "Qflow issues a tax invoice" before registration, and is 18 % the right rate?
- The fee is collected by Qflow on its own Razorpay account while the business collects its charge at the counter. Is Qflow an "e-commerce entity" under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 for these bookings, and what must this page then disclose (seller details, grievance timelines)?
- Is "platform fee" the right name, and is its display (a separate line from the service screen onward, total above the Pay button) enough to meet the dark-patterns guidelines on drip pricing?
- Deposits are settled to businesses through Razorpay Route. Anything customers must be told about who holds the money until release?
- Telugu (owner decision, 15 October 2026): a full Telugu translation of the Terms and the Privacy Policy is commissioned for version 1; until it exists, the English text is the binding version and the Telugu text is labelled a summary. Please confirm this is acceptable, and whether consent given in Telugu on the summary is valid.

ఆన్‌లైన్ బుకింగ్ & నిర్ధారణ కోసం ఈ ఫీజు. ఒక బుకింగ్‌కు స్థిర మొత్తం, UPI, కార్డ్, నెట్ బ్యాంకింగ్ లేదా వాలెట్ ఏదైనా ఒకటే. GST నమోదు అయిన తర్వాత GST విడిగా చూపబడుతుంది. సెలూన్‌లు, షాపులు ₹5; క్లినిక్‌లు, ఆసుపత్రులు ₹10; రెస్టారెంట్లు ఒక రిజర్వేషన్‌కు ₹10; దేవాలయాలు ₹5; రిటైల్, బ్యాంకులు, ప్రభుత్వ కార్యాలయాలు, విద్యా సంస్థలు, కార్పొరేట్, ఈవెంట్‌లు ₹0; క్యూ టోకెన్‌లు, వాక్-ఇన్‌లు ఎక్కడైనా ₹0.
