For a question about a token, a booking or a refund, write to us from your registered mobile number and include the business name and the booking reference (it starts with "QF-"). How tokens and bookings work is in our Customer Terms; refund timelines are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Businesses and organizations
Salons, clinics, hospitals, restaurants, temples, banks, government and service centres, schools and colleges, corporate offices, retail stores and event venues can register from the app under "Qflow for Business". Complaints
We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may approach the consumer commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or, for a privacy matter, the Data Protection Board of India.
